As we continue to grow and expand, PrimaMed is excited to announce that services are now extending not only in Zurrieq but also in H’Attard. The clinic will offer GP services by Dr. Anna Grushenko Bartolo. GP services can be offered in clinic, via telephone or video consultation.
Dr. Anna Grushenko Bartolo graduated from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland in 2008. Her medical career started in the public sector hospital in Poland. Following this, Dr. Grushenko Bartolo moved to Malta where she continued her journey in medicine at Mater Dei Hospital and Gozo General Hospital. She then left the public sector and started working as a medical doctor in the private sector. After spending more than 8 years working in various hospitals, Dr. Grushenko Bartolo experienced the direct impact that diseases and other medical conditions have on people’s quality of life at first hand. In most cases, this need not be the case as a large number of conditions are preventable if one remains vigilant as opposed to waiting for serious problems to arise. Likewise, a number of diseases can be treated much better if diagnosed early on. It is this mindset that drove Dr. Grushenko Bartolo to join PrimaMed in 2019 as both hers’ and the clinic’s goals align. That is, the goal to change healthcare in Malta and provide innovative and holistic primary health care through our multidisciplinary team.
Nursing services will also be offered at this branch. We are excited to launch the new Life checkup, tailored according to your needs, that goes over all the aspects of your health, the bio-psycho-socio-spiritual health. Services also include but are not limited to wound care, blood pressure monitoring, filling of medical documents and so much more!
